As the title mentioned, I bought this monitor by mistake. I had intended to purchase a alot more high priced Dell monitor, but since I was trying to do 3 issues at once whilst ordering, I clearly purchased the incorrect monitor Definitely men cant multitask but on this uncommon occasion it acctually worked out quite well for me.
Firstly, I use my monitor/laptop or computer for all the common stuff, function, web and so on but I'm also and avid gamer and I like to sit and watch films on my Computer if my wifes hogging the Tv whilst X-Element or Next Top model is on, so I required a thing that was going to suit all these requirements. My final monitor was a widescreen Belina affair that, right after five years of faithfull service decided to give up and die on me. Not poor thinking about I'm one of those consumers who dosent turn off his laptop or computer ever.
I recall I initially skipped over this monitor simply because of it is 1366 x 768 resolution. I honestly didnt feel it would be any fine, in particular since my last monitor was 1440x900 and in impact it would be a downgrade in good quality of picture. Eitherway, somehow I placed it in my shopping basket more than my original.
Rather than return it, I believed I'd give it a ago and boy am I glad I did. Whilst the resolution is slightly lower than my last monitor, the Dynamic display program acctually improves overall high quality. Gameplay (I'm a massive fan of Team Fortress two, CoD and Battlefield games) is as excellent as it really is allways been and there is nothing noticible about graphics that I would call derogatory in comparison to my final monitor. My only concern was if games acctually supported the resolution but I've had no difficulties with any. They all operate fine.
The only spot I've noticed any diffrence is in video playback. When watching a whidescreen movie on my 1440x900 monitor, I'd nevertheless finish up with the "letterbox" effect. Thats gone with this monitor which I suspect is down to nothing even more than the resolution getting more appropriate to widescreen film playback.
The acctual design of the monitor is fantastic. There are no buttons at all. All adjustments are done by touchsensitive plate at the bottom of the monitor. This even has the added bonous of making the monitor slightly much easier to clean because there are no "hard to reach" locations when cleaning.
I'd give this monitor 6 out of 5 if I could and I'd advise it to any one searching for a new 19" monitor. If you want bigger...well I consider I'll be sticking with Samsung from now on!

The screen is particularly excellent it is a touch on /off. The colour is highly vivid on the screen too I can advocate this to any physique who is thinking of getting a further screen, the wide screen is a nice feature too.
